Crikey has an opening for  a great sub-editor to join its Melbourne production team.

The right candidate will have great news judgment, an understanding of new media platforms and tools and should be obsessed with politics, business, media and national affairs.

The full-time position is responsible for editing and uploading content to Crikey’s platforms and performing multi-media production tasks. It would ideally suit an early to mid-career professional news subeditor who either works in the online space or is fully across new media technology and is willing to embrace the shift.
