Several students from La Trobe University have returned from a trip to India, where they completed and internship with the Indian Premier League (IPL) team Kings XI Punjab.

The students worked across the media, marketing, operations and sponsorship services divisions for the Kings XI Punjab team. The team has attracted a number of Australian cricketing stars including George Bailey, who captains Kings XI, as well as Glenn Maxwell and Mitchell Johnson.
