Contributors needed for portable.tv

Film, music and cultural reporting online publication portable.tv is currently looking for past and current students to contribute for its upcoming launch.

Contributors will produce feature writing, reviews and reporting on a regular or irregular basis.

The Portable Film Festival had 263,334 visits last year and its film content, between platforms, is viewed 60-80,000 times a week.

Contributor’s work will receive a large, global exposure and will be consumed by a wide audience.

This is a great opportunity to gain or broaden experience in online and web journalism and will act as a valuable piece for any portfolio.

The Portable Film Festival is an online film festival that programs and presents from the best film, video and digital storytelling.

Films that are uploaded to their site are made available for download onto portable media such as iPods, PSPs, laptops and mobile phones, generating international access and exposure.

After presenting its largest ever festival program of 180 films from over 850 entries and 46 countries in 2009, the Portable Film Festival has become of the most exciting and accessible film festivals world-wide.
