Fairfax Community Network (FCN), a division of Fairfax Media, is seeking to employ two journalists.

One journalist is required for FCN’s Airport West office, and a second for the Dandenong office.

Both roles involve news reporting and feature writing. Applicants require previous newsroom experience and the ability to engage with the community. Strong writing skills, curiosity, commitment and the ability to work under pressure are also required.

The Airport West role also specifies a required ability to report in a number of areas including sport, and will involve working closely with the editorial management team.
