HuffPost Australia is due to launch this year and there are a number of current job openings, ranging from editor to general assignment reporter.
Tory Maguire, a former News Corp journalist, has been appointed editor-in-chief.
The publication is the result of a partnership between The Huffington Post and Fairfax Media.
The Huffington Post reaches 214 million unique visitors each month, and is the number one news site in the US.
The site covers breaking news, features and entertainment. It’s also a community for opinion and conversation, with more than 90,000 contributing bloggers, ranging from politicians, students and celebrities to academics, parents and policy experts.
