kikki.K seeks social media manager

kikki.K is looking for a social media manager to help them empower people worldwide.

The role is based in kikki.K’s Port Melbourne support office and is a six month fixed term contract with the opportunity for a permanent position with flexibility around 4 – 5 days a week. In the role you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and managing all of kikki.K’s worldwide social media accounts to create content that will deliver commercial outcomes.

You will be required to:

  • Develop and implement a leading global social media strategy
  • Manage their social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube)
  • Plan, write, prepare and schedule all social media content
  • Set targets and manage the social media budget
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reporting – extrapolating key insights to inform future content strategies
  • Work back closely with their internal Photography Team to brief in content requirements (imagery and video)
  • Style and shoot Instagram photos and stories
  • Work back with their Digital Advertising Agency on social media advertising
  • Manage, prepare and style how-to-videos
  • Organise and write product descriptions for the website
  • Conceptualise, write and upload blog content
  • Come up with creative ideas that can help bring our campaigns to life
  • Support the launch of kikki.K Dream Life
  • Manage their influencer program and podcast series
  • Brief their Marketing Designer on social media artwork requirements
  • General social media admin (e.g. upload events, manage business locations)

To be a successful applicant you will need:

  • At least three years work experiences in a similar role
  • Experience working with a retail or consumer brand
  • Be passionate about all things social media – you’ll love learning and have a great handle on new social media features and functionality
  • Excellent copywriting skills – demonstrate an understanding of kikki.K’s vision, purpose and tone of voice
  • Be analytical, strategic and commercially minded
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills and highly deadline driven
  • Have a creative eye and experience delivering beautiful, engaging content
  • Experience working back with influencers
  • Agile and adaptable
  • Collaborative and love working in a creative and dynamic team
