Melbourne Football Club is looking for a junior video producer to join their team

The Melbourne Football Club is looking for a motivated and innovative junior video producer join their media team.

The role is full-time and the successful candidate would be required to work at weekends throughout the AFLW and VFL seasons.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Film, edit and upload video content for the Club’s digital media platforms.
  • Weekday coverage of AFL, AFLW and VFL training sessions, press conference, community and media activities.
  • Match day coverage of AFLW and VFL fixtures
  • Producing video content for club events, big screen on match day and external initiatives as required
  • Assisting the Video Producer in maintaining the Club’s digital studio space and video production equipment
  • Archiving all finished and historically significant video content.

The successful candidate would have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in video production, multimedia or relevant field, with at least one year of industry experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced video editing skills using programs like Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Intermediate to advanced video camera operation skills
  • Audio recording and production skills
