MQFF is looking for a marketing and sponsorship intern to support the executive director and festival staff in the delivery of strategic marketing and sponsorship plans.
The role involves supporting MQFF’s sponsorship and marketing goals: being responsible for the efficient servicing of festival partnerships, supporting the cultivation of new partnerships, negotiation and contracting, creating content (specifically for partnership opportunities and supporting sponsored editorial) and event management, including scheduling, RSVP management and sponsor liaison.
This is a voluntary position.
MQFF internships can assist with the requirements of formal academic study, provide valuable industry skills for people looking to begin a career in the arts/festival environment, expand professional networks and gain understanding of the operations of a major arts/film festival organisation.
