In this week's podcast, Eric George and Liam Quinn discuss the first presidential debate which took place in Denver.

The first presidential debate between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney took place in Denver last week.

While presidential debates are rarely, if ever, game-changers, this one was of enormous significance.  Most commentators noted in the aftermath that Romney outperformed the president in several ways.

So what will this mean for the remaining debates and the rest of the election campaign?
