From AFLW to physiotherapy

In this segment of La Trobe Live, La Trobe Media and Communication students Paris Mahar, Luke Corda, and Katelin Cameron talk to Brooke Patterson, a physiotherapist and former AFLW player, about her work reducing and preventing knee injuries in women and girls playing AFL.

Patterson is no stranger to sports-related battles, she previously sustained an ACL injury playing basketball, and currently is a full-time Research Fellow at La Trobe, investigating an injury prevention program in 169 community football teams.
