We’re almost halfway through the 2011 AFL season, meaning semester one’s upstart editorial team will be no longer very soon. However, don’t fear, because the team will continue to participate in the upstart footy tipping competition for the rest of the season, as it tries to find you a winner every week.
Khairun Hamid took a massive dive down the leader board last weekend, only tipping three correct teams. She is now five tips behind Jessica Buccolieri, who still holds a one tip lead over sports editor and three-time Cleo Bachelor of the Year nominee Ben Waterworth. Big congratulations also to Ashley Fritsch and Natalie Savino, who tipped seven winners for Round 11. Ashley’s arrogance was particularly clear in the final editorial meeting.
