As teams continue to tussle for a spot in the AFL’s top eight, upstart’s tipsters are aggressively vying for the top spot in the footy tipping competition.
Ben Waterworth was skipping around La Trobe University as if he’d just won Tattslotto last Round, after he had climbed to first spot on the tipping leaderboard for the first time. However his time at the top didn’t last long, tipping just five winners last weekend. Jessica Buccolieri tipped six winners to draw level with Ben at the top of the ladder.
There’s also some interesting tussling occurring just below Ben and Jess, with Khairun Hamid and Sofia Monkiewicz fighting it out for third spot. While there’s only one tip separating the bottom five tipsters.
In the words of Buster Poindexter, things are becoming ‘hot, hot, hot’.
