Euphoria actor Angus Cloud dies aged 25

He was found unresponsive on Monday morning.

Euphoria fan favourite Angus Cloud has died at age 25.

The actor, best known for portraying Fezco ‘Fez’ O’Neill in the HBO series, was found unresponsive in his family’s California home on Monday morning (Pacific Standard Time).

“It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today,” his family said in a statement.

“Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.”

Cloud’s family said he “struggled with this loss” after his father recently passed away.

“The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend,” they said.

HBO released a statement saying the company was “incredibly saddened”.

“He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family. We extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family during this difficult time,” it said.

Tributes for the actor continue to come in from social media, including co-star Storm Reid.

“The tears just won’t stop,” she wrote in a caption on her Instagram story, accompanying a clip of Cloud laughing on the show.

Cloud had also been in music videos for Becky G and Juice WRLD and was recently cast in Scream 6.
