Many students grapple with financial difficulties with the cost of living crisis. This can include being able to afford to have food to eat every day. La Trobe’s food bank helps alleviate those pressures by providing students basic necessities, food from donations or simply a hug.
Ruby Bartzis spoke to food bank manager, Donna Pinto, and student, Rupesh Dangol, to find out all the different ways the initiative benefits students.
