The Guardian newspaper at Swan Hill on Victoria’s Murray River has an opening for a cadet journalist. Part of the Fairfax Media group, the tri-weekly paper services Swan Hill and the surrounding district.
Suitable for journalism graduates, this full-time position will include sourcing and writing news and feature stories, sub-editing and some photography.
Applicants should have an eye for what’s news, enjoy active participation in the community and be willing to work as part of a team.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
