At 1 pm today Labor State MP for Bundoora, Colin Brooks, will discuss how the media covers local issues in his electorate with La Trobe's graduating journalism students. All welcome

Brooks, who is the member for the seat of Bundoora, is also Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Education.

In today’s class he will discuss how state parliamentarians size up what really matters to constituents in their electorates, and how the media covers them. His visit comes at a time when graduating students are writing about a range of issues in the vicitinity of La Trobe’s Bundoora campus for their final assignments.

The one-hour class will be held between 1 and 2 pm in the Vince Harkins Room in Glenn College.  All welcome.
