Applications for the next intake of trainee journalists across News Ltd’s Victorian sites are now open. Six 12-month traineeships are on offer which will give successful applicants experience at a range of Herald and Weekly Times titles, as well as  The Geelong Advertiser and Leader Community Newspapers.

Successful applicants ‘will be expected to learn shorthand and media law, build on their digital media skills, and take their first step into our multi-platform, dynamic and evolving newsrooms’.
