New online magazine looking for contributions

Framed is a new interview-based online magazine. Their aim is to capture interesting life stories and different perspectives, and they are looking for contributors.

Framed is an internationally focused magazine, and here you will find a collection of conversations with people who are providing alternative perspectives on places, people, and news headlines.

Just as upstart does for journalists, Framed will serve as a platform for emerging and established artists, writers, and activists to tell their stories.

The magazine is seeking articles that focus on the lack of space in contemporary media for groups such as refugees, migrants, homeless and ethnic and religious minorities. Basically, work or life stories that are really interesting and not too well known – people who are essentially presenting different perspectives on things.

Framed is looking to celebrate the people who quite simply defy definition, and to share the stories that wouldn’t be known through commercial media. They are independent, international, and on a journey to speak to people who will inspire you to create, converse, and traverse the unknown.

The magazine has high hopes to collaborate with storytellers the world over, so whether you are published or unpublished, a wannabe wordsmith or a literary genius, if you’ve had a conversation with someone you think the world should know about, write them, and take a great opportunity to get your word out there.
