Keeping the media accountable

If you've ever secretly yearned to host Media Watch, asking the hard questions of editors, managing directors and CEO's, then here's your chance to rub shoulders with some of Australia's media leaders.

Do you have a burning question for some of the most influential people  in Australia’s media? Then here’s a chance to make your voice heard.

As part of the New News Conference hosted by the Melbourne Writers’ Festival in partnership with the Public Interest Journalism Foundation, oursay.org are inviting punters to pose a question to ABC Managing Director, Mark Scott, Fairfax CEO Greg Hywood and Crikey editor Sophie Black.

The question voted most popular will be asked as part of a panel session to be held on Saturday 27 August from 2:30pm-3:30pm in Melbourne’s Australian Centre for Moving Image (ACMI). And, if you asked the question voted most popular, then you’ll be joining the head of the ABC, Fairfax and the editor of Crikey on the panel.

Got something you think is worth asking? Go to oursay.org to have your say.
