Hot on the heels of upstart‘s #topjournobooks series, ABC Radio National’s The Book Show is looking for young writers to pen some words about books.

If you are a keen writer and would love to wax poetic about your favourite tome, The Book Show would love to hear from you.

According to the website, successful applicants need to be; keen to file at least once a week, passionate about anything literary or cultural and on the younger side of 30.

“It’s about reading, writing, books and publishing. It’s about the book launch you went to last night or the writers’ festival event you really enjoyed. It’s your top 10 book-to-movie adaptations or the books you’ve spotted people reading on trains.”
