upstart’s live Open Day broadcast

This Sunday, upstart radio will be broadcasting live from La Trobe University's Melbourne campus.

On Sunday, La Trobe University’s Melbourne campus will hold its annual Open Day, where prospective students and parents get to experience the campus, get advice on courses and find out everything they need to know about starting at La Trobe in 2015.

upstart radio will be holding a live, outside broadcast in the Agora between 10.00am and 4.00pm.

The broadcast, led by presenters Sean Munaweera and Alice Piper, both La Trobe students, will feature several guests, including: La Trobe University Vice-Chancellor Professor John Dewar, Geelong Football Club’s Cameron Guthrie, NGV Australia’s David Hurlston, La Trobe academics, students, alumni and many other guests.

Roving reporter Campbell Elmer will also be speaking to prospective students and parents about their Open Day experience.

The program will be produced by La Trobe student Riley Beveridge, with Callum Godde and Liam O’Callaghan on deck with their technical expertise.
